Each organization has separate concurrency limits for TTS and STT. Within TTS, Standard and Fast endpoints share one limit; within STT, Standard and Fast endpoints share another.

What happens if I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If a refund leaves your organization without a qualifying $100 purchase, your concurrency limits return to 2 for TTS and 2 for STT. Existing members remain in the organization, but you cannot add new members while your team has more than 3.
